How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your account and associated data from AI Resume Pro, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email request from the same email address that you used to create your account in the app.

  2. Send the request to: mjtechbharat@gmail.com

  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request – AI Resume Pro

What Happens Next

  • After receiving your request, we will verify your account.

  • Your account and related data will be permanently deleted within 15 working days.

  • Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request deletion:

  • Your account information stored in Firebase Authentication will be removed.

  • Associated app data linked to your account will be deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

Some non-personal data such as:

  • Crash logs

  • Analytics data (anonymous)

may be retained for app improvement purposes and cannot be linked to an individual user.
